Stocking Question - Will Red Phantom Tetras Be Ok With Angelfish?

Hi all,

I'm getting to the point where I need to think about what I'm gonna to be putting in my 240 litre planted tank. I want to put some Angelfish in and was wondering if Red Phantom Tetras would go well with them?

Any other suggests are welcome.

pH of my tap water is 6, but may drop to 5 - 5.5 if I decide to inject CO2.

Also would Harlequin Rasboras work with both of the above too?

ive kept black phantoms with angels.. and no problem atall red will b fine

thats pretty low pH tho ... ikept black phantom and angels at about pH7 ....
