I currently have 2 full grown angels in a Rio 240.

My stocking plans (once my quar tank is ready) is something like this:

8 peppered corydoras
16 buenos aires tetras
pair of bristlenose catfish
ruby shark

I know the shark should go in last. I also want the catfish to be the first in (the angels are used to having catfish in with them), but the question is do I get the BN or the cories first? It seems BN can get a bit territorial sometimes...

Also, how many can I put in without sending it into a mini cycle? Could put 2 BN in together, or 8 cories in together, or would I have to divide them, ie. 1 BN then the other a week later, and 4 cories, then the other 4. Am trying to work out how the full stock will take me.

Finally, should/could I up the tetra/cory numbers or are they alright as they are?

All thoughts welcome! :)

I would put the corys in first then wait a week and put the BNs in then the tetras then the ruby shark. Personally I would leave out the ruby shark. They are trouble with a capital T. Flipping aggressive and latch on to anything good. Up to you.

yeh the shark is the one thing Im unsure about - it may or may not get added, but as the last thing in it doesn't matter much at this point!
