Hi everyone.
Just got a new 50 gallon tall tank (old one was leaking), cycled it and now I am ready to give it some proper stocking. Currently I have 4 tiger barbs and 2 krib pairs living in it. Id like to add more fish to the tank so here's what I was thinking:

raise the number of tiger barbs to 7
keep the kribs at 2 pairs
Neo brichardi pair
5 German Blue Ram (2 male 3 female)
1 usd catfish
I did some reading on the Neo Brichardi's and now I'm unsure about them, I've heard they can go well with other fish, I've heard they'll kill any other fish in the tank  and I've heard they're peaceful except when breeding/raising fry. Can anyone clear this up for me?
Additionally, any suggestions or thoughts on the stocking?

All feedback is appreciated.
- Thanks

the pair that you have will stay in the bottom reign of your tank, by adding any cichlids that will also be staying in the bottom of the tank, and because you tank is a tall they won't get along. any cichlid, once breeding will become aggressive and attack another fish to fend for their fry. IMO i wouldn't get any cichlids to add to the tank if you have the pair that you already have, they'll do the same thing. attack, which isn't nice to see.

the up side down catfish i believe are schooling fish, and should be kept in groups of 3.
raising the barb number up is always good.

i would say that the pair if the "show" fish, the barb is the schooling, but not 100% sure what else can go with a barb, never kept them so i can't be sure... but with fish go with the colour of the opposite of what you have now, it'll make them pop out, so to speak and usually looks nice with the contrast between the breeds.
