Stocking List

So far in my 10 gallon tank i have
- 1 neon tetra
- 2 lemon tetras
-2 glowlite tetras
- 1 oto.

Im adding cory cats tomorrow. im planning on adding 4. would that be too many? i know its recommended to keep tetras and oto's in groups but those fish have been in there for over a year. The tetras all school together and the oto is the only one ive ever been able to keep alive.

its not a new tank. its been set up almost 3 years. im just filling it out a little right now

personally id get 2 more ottos and build up the number of neons befor adding more fish.
the tetras may look to be happy enough but im sure they would be even more happy with more of there own kind. its always best to look out for the welfare of the fish you already have befor adding more fish .

I would get:
3 neon tetra
2 lemon tetra
2 glowlight tetra

So you would have:
4 neon tetra
4 lemon tetra
4 glowlight
1 otto

Then you would be fully stocked.

yes i think chris. is right but i think you may be able to sneak 1 more otto in thier at a push but im sure you will be ok

If your filtration is up to scratch you should be fine.

ok guys. im goin out tomorrow to an LFs to get me some more tetras. and if i can get the stuff for the 5 minute sponge filter i'll get another oto
