Stocking List. Not A Newbie, But Help Needed!

Well, I have a mature 29 G with sand substrate as a new project! I will be planting it quite heavily with a few rocks. At the moment I just have my 2 1/2" bristlenose in there.

I was thinking of:

12 - 15 Cardinals or Neons.
A pair of Opaline or Pearl Gourami.
Corydoras or Botia for the bottom.

I need to re-stock asap as I do not want the tank to re-cycle (emptied of stock today!), so what is best to add first?

I'd say the corry cats or the cardinals first, gouramis can be territorial so putting them in last would teach them that others have the territory too... (i think) anyways good luck
