Want to add some harlequin rasboras and lemon tetras
How many could i have of each?

Your tank is about 32 US gallons. You could easily have 6 of each. No more than 11 of each, though, unless you plan to do very frequent water changes.

Was thinking of 8 of each ideally so that should be ok as i usually change 30% water each week
Tank has 0 amm
0 no2
2-3 ppm no3
and lots of plants
