My tank is 72 litres. My first purchase was last wedensday and was 5 Neons and 5 glowlights

Over the next few weeks I am going to increase this number with the following fish:-

3 male guppies
2 silver mollies
2 dalmation mollies
3 tiger barbs

and one silver shark

Is this combination alright together of not? Am i going to over stock my tank?

Can anyone suggest ant other combinations? Also a sugestion of something to clean algae and the tank floor would be appreciated.

Is it right that a Japanese Fighting fish would dislike the male guppies.

I wouldn't put tiger barbs in there. They are big time fin nippers and your other fish, particularly the guppies, wouldn't be happy with that. And silver sharks (aka Bala sharks) get way too big (>12") for your tank. They are also a schooling fish and should be in groups of 5+. I'd say you are fairly fully stocked with the tetras, guppies and mollies.

That's 19 US gallons, OK. First some questions:

1. Did you fishless cycle the tank before adding the fish OR just left it for a week, added some bacteria growth products then added your 10 fish?

2. Do you have a liquid water test kit for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate as I could do with knowing these stats?

You need to allow probably 1" per US gallon for each of the tetras so that's about 10" used up of your capacity.
Tiger Barbs are definitely a no. They need schools of 6+ and a much bigger tank otherwise they will almost certainly attack your other fish.

Buying all male guppies can be a bit dicey as well. Ideally you again need 5-6+ to help spread their aggression. If you go for a male female mix thou you will be constantly inundated by fry (which won't all get eaten as is often suggested). This offers some guppy advice:

Now to the mollies. If you read this you may change your mind over having them:

Finally, the male betta is also a definite no with guppies is it will almost certainly attack them.

Basically I think you need a rethink on your ideas. Also if your tank is not cycled then don't add anything at all at the moment.
