Stocking Ideas?

ive got a juwel 350 in my living room and at the moment it has a few community fish in it. the tank is a feature in the room but the fish dont really look great. no structure to it or anything. the fish let the tank down a little (look at signature)

i'm looking for ideas of what to have in the tank. maybe not have a community tank and perhaps have a species tank.

i was thinking maybe jack dempseys? or something that will grow quite big (altough not grow out of the tank)

im not too keen on oscars or pirhanas.

does anyone have any ideas of what big main fish i could have and if so what other smaller fish would go with them?

im not sure how many gallons it is to be honest.

all i know its 350 litres
