Stocking Help

well after my little sister wanted to see how long my fish could "hold there breath" i have 4 fish left and im going to trade them in for store credit,

so that leaves my new tank empty and i want to make it centered around clown loachs, and i was thinking a blue Gourami for the top levels? any other help would be great.
