My 55 gallon finished cycling a few days ago after a fishless cycle of three weeks. Water stats are as follows:
Amonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 10
PH 7.2
The tank is planted not heavily but quite a few.
Today I added a few fish and will add more gradually. I added 8 neons, 2 dwarf gouramis and six albino cory cats.
My question is would it be ok to add a few angels (I'm aware of a possible conflict with the neons), some ottos, a few more corrys and maybe a trio of platties without being over stocked?

I hate to say it, but there's a good chance you won't need to worry about the neons getting eaten as the chances of them surviving in a newly cycled tank aren't that high (normal recommendation is not to add them until the tank has been set up for 6 months). Same goes for the Otos so I wouldn't add any of those yet.

Dwarf Gourmais are also pretty fussy about water conditions, but 2 isn't a great number, better to aim for 1 male to 2 females, or just keep one.

Don't add the Ottos until your tank is established... they need algae to eat and your newly cycled tank will have little...

Well hopefully they'll make it. As of now after 24 hours they all look well. I know thats a short time but I'll hope for the best. I'll wait for a few months on the ottos.
