Stocking For 3X3X3

Whoops got the title wrong. I recently purchased a 3x2x2 looking for some stocking ideas. Want to go down the African cichlid route any suggestions any1? In English names if possible. Thanks

Whats the capacity of your tank ?,gals/ltrs,and Tanganyikan or Malawi?

3x2x2 I think it's about 40gal UK I want to go tanganyika because I deffinately want to get a couple of them Julie cichlids cant remember there exact name

If its 40 gals then its about the same as my Tang set up,you could go for a small harem of "shellies" Multis would prob be the best for a tank only 3ft long,go for 3 or 4,1 male to 2 or 3 females ,and loads of shells,Julidichromis or "Julies",Ornatus or transcriptus are the smallest julies they will suit your tank best,also Calvus are good addition white or black whichever you choose you wont be disappointed

ok thanks for the advice I like the calvus they look mint
