Stocking For 3X2X2?

So I don't normally ask for ideas when it comes to stocking a tank. But tommorow am picking up a nice 3x2x2 with stand to fill a space in my house where my lizard used to live. I already have a big SA cichlid tank, and another tanganyika tank in the front room and 3 channa tanks in the garage. So I want something new for this one but im not sure what to go with. I like the idea of a mudskipper tank but these will be hard to come by where I live so... Any ideas any1?

Rummynoses Tetras [Hemigrammus Bleheri], Corydoras Sterbai, Otocinclus, and a pair of Apistogramma?

Possibly:

8 - 10 Rummynose Tetra
6 - 8 Corydoras Sterbai
6 Otocinclus
2 - 3 Apistogramma Cacatuoides, Hongloi, Macmasteri, Baenschi, etc.
