So long as it doesn't fit in a lionfish's mouth it should be ok.

As Sorgan says as long as it doesn't fit in their mouths should be ok, they aren't that aggressive they are just a predator that will eat most things that move, but they shouldn't eat cleaner wrasse . I have been looking online and there are an equal number of people saying 1) LIonfish will eat Cleaner 2) My Cleaner happily sits in my Lionfish mouth and 3) Cleaner wrasse damages Lionfish fins. Seems to be one of the many sometimes works sometimes doesn't things of this hobby.
The bigger problem is likely to be anything aggressive like an Angel or trigger nipping at the Lions fins or skewering itself on a spine. Still very undecided on the final stocking list but an Antennata only reahces about 7" in captivity so if everything else is mature might be ok, don't want to rush into anything that I regret later.

Link didn't work but found it on youtube with a clown hosts lionfish search. That is crazy was at least expecting a small clownfish not a big maroon.
