Ive got a well established 260l tank (sand based, semi-planted) with 4 Boasmani Rainbows, 2 Bolivian Rams, 7 Harlequin Rasboras, 6 Sterbai Corys and 4/5 Kuhli Loaches. After losing my Gold Gourami who was 4 years old, I'm looking to add some stock for the first time in over 2 years. I've been looking round some shops for ideas for peaceful fish and am looking for advice feedback on the following potentially going into my tank:

DANIO KYATHIT
ZEBRA DANIO
SCISSORTAILS
GLASS CATFISH
PEARL GOURAMI
SNAKESKIN GOURAMI
DIAMOND TETRAS

Any help, ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would add 6-8 glass cats and a pair of pearl gouramis. Just my choice.

I would add:

5 x Harlequins (they look great as a bigger shoal and will be much happier!)
2 x Pearl Gouramis
6 x Ghost Glass Catfish

IMO, danios arent a great choice as they want much lowere temperatures than the other species... one species or another would be unhappy.

And I would also avoid Snake Skin Gouramis... they get really quite big and IMO get really ugly. They seem to be really narky in behaviour too and quite aggressive.

I would definately add a pair of pearl gourami. They are interesting to watch as they occupy all layers, and extremely peaceful. My clown loaches sleep on mine. They are almost too peacheful as my male dwarf gourami that is half their size is always chasing them.
