yes in pure number of fish terms that's fine, however i'd make a few suggestions as below
in general terms you've a lot of different species here, fish choice obviously is a matter of taste so if this is what you want then don't let this put you off. however a lot of beginners see a lot of cool fish and decide they want one of everything, then the tank has no cohesion and looks a bit noah's ark. I find it's best to stick to fewer species but larger groups of them, the tank looks much better for it. Personal taste though on that one!
4 x tiger barb
3x Green tiger barb
1x rosey barb
with the barbs, i'd stick to just one variety, if you go with the tigers make sure it's a group of 8+, they're fiesty as hell so do much better in a big group to dissapate agression between them. Pu ttoo few in and they can become bullies.
2x broze cory cat
cories want to be in groups of 6+
1x plec
what species? while you have a big tank and certainly room for a decent size plec it's important to be aware that they all have different requirements for size, diet etc, make sure you know exactly what you're getting and research the species before buying
1x reed fish
not familiar with these, but double check compatibility with the smaller fish.
1x Fm sail molly
if you buy a female molly from the lfs, there's a fair chance she'll be pregnant, even if she doesn't look it she probabkly will be, they store up sperm to use later! So beware of babies.
2x colour botai
again i think the botia's prefer to be in a bigger group
so overall i'd drop a couple of the species that you've chosen and get larger groups of the ones you decide to get.
