Stocking A Tank With Bgk And Discus...

I don't know what to do.....
I've got a 360l tank, just figuring out what is best..
I could either have discus, rams, tetras...
Or discus, BGK.....dunno what else....maybe a RTBS

I have been trying to figure out a big shoaling fish which is obviously smaller than discus but can't be eaten by my BGK, the only thing i can come up with is congo tetra
I would like to keep my BGK, but trying to find tankmates is really hard
Any ideas?

I think they're okay when they're older but normally they're pretty small in shops

I have a fry tank with livebearers in, and a smaller 3ft tank.

Yes, my BGK gets on fine with them, he's very peaceful
