Stocking A 90 Gallon Tank ?reply....

will have lots of hiding places and plants and driftwood for plecos i will be willing to lower number of plecos and cories
i was wondering if CRS would get eaten in this tank with the stocking like this...with 2 hagen aquaclear 110
(waiting for tank to cycle)(already know about cycling)

1 x Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare)
16 x Three Lined/peppered Cory (Corydoras trilineatus)
1 x Pearl Gourami (Trichogaster leerii)
10 x Lemon Tetra (Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis)
10x Flame Tetra (Hyphessobrycon flammeus)
5 x albino BN plecos (Ancistrus sp.)
10 x Harlequin Rasbora (Trigonostigma heteromorpha)
10 x Rummynose Tetra (Hemigrammus bleheri)
2 x Keyhole Cichlid (Cleithracara maronii)
10 x Boesemans Rainbowfish (Melanotaenia boesemani)
is this overstocked?

i will be doing weekly or twice a week water changes

dosnt seem overstocked to me, 90 gallon is huge. would get more than 1 angelfish if it was me though

wouldn't they "pair off" and if the other angel doesnt like the other one then havoc will wreck loose?
would it possible for me to add a small pack of kuhli loahes? saw them at lfs and its so cool how thier snake like..

I'd stay with 1 Angel tbh

You could add a pack of Khuli Loaches but there is a large chance the Angelfish would eat them

is there another type of eellike fish that the angels wont eat and that are peaceful,somewhat hardy and arent that hard to keep? also if they can fit in the tank...

i may be tempted to reduce the number of bosemans to 6 they are pretty big when full grown . but i wouldnt call that overstocked .

agree with the bosemans why not have some smaller rainbows?
