15 cardinals
3 dwft cockatoo
2 rams
in a 55

Are you wanting the tiger pleco to eat algae, if so they don't eat algae. I'd leave the pleco off if you were wanting it to eat algae. And just get ottos for the algae and get corys to eat the un eaten food that may fall to the bottom. I'm not sure about those fish but if someone else says their not compatible I'd recommend

4 small angels
6 black widow tetras
6 long finned black widow tetras

Then once 2 of the angels form a pair return the other 2 to the pet store.
