Stocking A 55 Gallon

I have just finished my cycle and am doing my 90% water change but i wanted your opinion on if my planned stocking is ok
I aim to have:
-2 Pearl Gourami
-8 Dwarf Oto
-6 Congo Tetra
-10 Harlequin Rasbora
-10 Neon Tetra
- And Maybe 15 Green Neon Tetra if you think they would fit as well (they are very small so shouldnt produce too much bioload i think)
-Also some assassin snails and various shrimps.

What does everyone think. Do i have room for the green neons as well as everything else or should i leave them out? Thanks a lot!!

P.s. i cant have corydoras (even though id love to have them) because my substrate isnt suitable; just to save anyone posting about them

Sorry i forgot to mention that there will also be two bolivian rams in the tank as well

I would avoid the Oto's, they are very fraglie and die very easily. Other than that i think the stocking is ok and instead of the green neons, get 5 more neons and 5 more harlequins. Too many schools of fish in a tank doesnt look so good.

Its a real shame you cant add corys, they would be great in this setup instead of otos, you dont really have anything thats bottom based, appart from the Bolivians.

when you do the 90% water change, maybe consider scooping out your substrate then replacing it with Argos playsand, which you could do with about 3 bags, £9 tops. Your fish will appreicate it a lot more than gravel and its far far easier to do now without fish to worry about than it is later on. Dont make the same mistake i did and leave it for a month before you change your mind

Thanks for the input i think your right so i will avoid the otos as i have heard they are very fragile and ill get an extra 5 neons and harlequins each. I am using eco complete as my subsrate which i dont want to change as i use it for my plants :L Its a shame because cories are really nice little fish
