Stocking A 50 Gallon Breeder Tank

Filtration turnover will be 10x tank volume, its a 50 gallon breeder and I realy like the look of a cichlid tank. Malawi specifically, probably going to get rocks from a local supplier. I just would like some suggestions as far as what kind of species (preferably readily available)

dwarf mbuna would be better suited in your tank.

What are the dimensions of the tank? If it's a 4ft, there's no reason why you couldn't stock with 3 species (1m/3f of each) of mbuna.

As far as what species, it really depends on your location as to what is available. My suggestion is to go to your LFS, write down the species you like, then research them and post on here and we can help with compatability.
