Stocking A 30 Gal (105 L Correct Me If Im Wrong)

i was thinking of stocking it with two rams but before i did ithought i may ask about old world chiclids. first off whats the differnce and secondly any stocking ideas thanks.

Old World Cichlids refers to African Cichlids. 30 gal is too small for malawis (african cichlids from lake malawi), but there are other options.
