I have a 46 gal bowfront tank that I would like to add some stock too. This is what i have right now:

1 powder blue gourami
4 rummy nose tetras (hard to get here so won't add anymore)
8 neon tetras ( cannot get cardinal tetras here)
3 long fin albino bristlenose plecos
5 serbai cory cats

I have lots of driftwood in the tank with some anubias plants no a whole lot just a small area of it hoping it spreads around to the other wood

I have a good filter on this tank Fluval 305

Wanting to know what else I can add to the tank for some nice color of fishies. If I can add a few more powder blues how many would be the max so I don't have fighting going on?

i think the clown loach will get too big for your tank, also they like to be kept in shoals. maybey get some kuhli loaches? or there may be another type of loach that will work as well. i'm still quite new to this, i'm afraid! good luck!
