Doing fishless cycle. thinking of stock.

Is this okay for a 70L/20gal/22gal?

5 Zebra Danios
3 Platys
6 Neon tetras.

Too over or under stocked? Will these fish be okay with eachother?

do you want mixed sex platy? which could lead to a load of fry, but the other fish should keep numbers down, should be fine

add them in the order you have listed too

I was thinking of adding them all at the same time, as it will be a fully cycled tank. IS this a bad idea?

best to add them gradually in my opinion this will avoid any major swings to your levels, add the danios or platy's first as they are hardy add the neons last as they are more sensitive, or you could always go for cardinals which are more hardy

Will a small amount of fish produce enough ammonia to keep my bacteria alive?

yes there will be enough to keep the bacteria alive whilst not overly stocking the tank
