Sorry to make another topic like this but i need some advice on my 180 litres stocking. I currently have 3 Pearl Gourami's, 4 Zebra danios, 7 Harlequin rasbora, 6 bronze corys and a kuhli loach. At the moment i plan on getting more zebras and kuhli's. I am also considering a small catfish of some kind (thinking maybe a whiptail) and i am also beginning to look at killifish. Any opinions on this?, should i leave it as is or what?

You need about 9 more khuli loaches, they need to be in schools. The danios, you can get like 6 more. I'm not sure about the killifish, don't much about them. xD Don't get too many more fish, danios need the room!! :)

I would go

3x Pearl Gouramis
10x Zebra Danios
12x Harlequins
12x Kuhli Loaches
8x Cories

Yes, i am going to get whatever my LFS has a deal on with kuhli loaches (probably 4 or 5) and see how it goes from there, i am sad to say he has been on his own for a long time. Long story short(ish) i had a pair of kuhli loaches in a 10 gallon (newbie mistake for several reasons i know) but one died and i moved on to brackish, in the process i gave him away to somebody else who as it turned out was not interested in stocking more :( But now i am back in freshwater i reclaimed him and dragged him out of the other persons tank (not literally.....) so i can maintain a shoal for him, been on the lookout for some for weeks now.
I am also going to get some more danios but they are happy for the time being as they shoal with the harlequins (not a long-term solution of course). I am looking into floating plants atm, kind of needed for killi's ad preferred for gourami's anyway.

In a way i feel bad looking back because as a newcomer to the hobby i kept both zebras and kuhli's in a 10 gallon :9 but i take comfort in the fact i now know better :)
