Still No Bubbles

I still have no bubbles from my DIY CO2 mixture and it's over 48 hours later. Could it be that I mixed the yeast and sugar together and I should'nt have? If not what is it?

dunno why. what yeast u using! It must be dead since their is no reason why it should NOT work!!!

try new Allisons yeast...and remember dissolve in warm not hot water, or you`ll kill it!

Maybe you killed the yeast by using too hot water to mix. Did you use cold/warm/hot? Best to use cold/warm.

I used warm water, I didn't want to kill it, the yeast is fleischmans baking yeast I think and I hear fizing noise and see bubles coming up in the mixture, checked for leaks but don't see any?

I think the problem is that the hot glue isn't holding, I'll have to pickup some aquarium silicone once I get the money, I guess until then I'll have to trash it.
