Still Has A Problem With Adult Guppies

i moved all my guppies to a larger tank,with 50percent of the water and the cycled filter

About a month ago i bought 2 female guppy,i noticed on her one side a difrense in colour,a round shape,but now when i looked closed,she had a small hole in that colour,i removed her to my hospital tank.. What could cause this and what should i do,my tanks are well running and i do regular small water changes,amonia levels are good and so are the rst,like i said,i bought her with the the weird colour and now i noticed it wasnt just weird colour but i small hole in her.. i cant see that any other guupies in my tank has this,only she has.And she looks in good healt,the other one started breathing heavy fast and keeps hiding and keeps lying on the ground. They are both in a seperate tank.. Water quality has been tested 5mins ago ang all are in specs

keep her in the smaller tank. run a multi cure treatment.

This small tank needs a heater, air stone and filter, a filter with no carbon.

Also treat your large tank to advoid and out brake, if so

Ja im going to get some meds tomorrow for her,shes gonna drop in about 5 days i guess,hope she doesnt get stressed

yeah thats the best bet treat your whole tank to prevent a break out and leave her in a smaller established tank just like SJM has stated hope for the best

Is it posible for a guppy to disapear? One female,pretty old,was hiding for a few days,today she is totaly gone,couldnt jump out,i have 13 adult guppies and 2 bostia striatas in this tank
