Sterile ?

A while ago I bought several swordtails. A pineapple female and 2 female koi and a male. One of the females has never given birth. There is no sign of a gravid spot and the males leave her totally alone. She aappear to be healthy and eats and swims well. The only difference between her and her sisters is that she has red eyes and is not quite as large as they are. Could she be sterile?

As far as i know farmers can only steralise males.

Doing this to females is only a nateral thing and if so then these nothing u can do.

Some also take a very long time to sex out, upto a year if with kepet with a very domerant male.

So u never know she may just turn into a male.

I think this was a genetic problem with their parents breeding behavior and owner(no you)
