GUYS! i need your help more than ever! My sterbai corydoras is going all pale and nonACTIVE HE ALSO HAS SPLIT DORSAL FINS AND A SPLIT TAIL. I NEED YOUR HELP ON HOW TO HELP HIM... please. HE IS THE OLDEST RESIDENT IN MY TROPICAL TANK!!! NEARLY three years this December 27th! Please help. he is now just lying against the glass. I don't want to lose him...

It could be so many things. Looking at the fish you have I'm a bit surprised. It could just be old age, or one of the other fish beating up on him. The best advice I can offer is to put him in a Q tank and keep an eye on him.
