i had fish for a while now and never had any luck with plants however about 6 months ago i bought a fluval duo deep and added a few plants (camboba, bacopa and vallis i think thats how you spell them and a few weeks ago i added a echinodorus bleheri i also put in a few plants from my old tank that were dying off and started adding pets at home plant food on water changes
the lighting is a 20w aquaglo and a 20w moonglo both T8's
the tank is 112 litres
the substrate is playsand
and the filer is a fluval3+
all the plants are growing well and the vallis is growing silly as in a space of about a month some of it grows to 3 foot + but have trimmed it at the base of the plant like i have read to
the filter is running at full flow

the problem is some of the plants are now getting bigger and are moving around a lot and dont wat to reduce the flow because the tank is well stocked with fish, will removing the venturi add on so to give a wider opening (reduce the directed flow) and adding a couple of airstones (running low output ) effect the plants at all and the fish

im not having any problems with algae apart from on the rocks but the algae eater is keeping on top of that

Your post probably received no replies because it was not the easiest to read. No offence meant, but punctuation or at the very least separating what are supposed to be different sentences would help.

Do remember that this forum is a big information bank read by many who don't speak/read English as their first language, and without typing properly threads people help you in will be no help to them whatsoever, and that help provided is a free service from volunteers :).

To answer what I think your question is: removing the venturi will only increase the flow rate of the filter.

But removing the venturi will help the plants, since a higher flow rate is good, and the bubbles from it breaking the waters surface will create surface agitation and speed up the removal of CO2 that your plants need.

For this reason, air pumps aren't great for plants either, they should do better without them.

Your best bet would be to add a spraybar to the filter, google "spraybar fluval +" or ask at your LFS and you should find them. This shouldn't reduce the flowrate and will provide an even flow of water over the tank.

You could also add another filter and/or powerhead.
