Ok so I started building the stand for my plywood tank and encountered a bit of a problem. Wood is warped. cant believe it I spent ages examining every bit before I bought it. When the stand is layed down flat one corner raises up a few inches but when someone sits on each end it all sits flat. So will this make any difference when it's got a full tank on it? Tried uploading pics bit there too big. Anyone know another way so you guys can see what I mean

the tank should flatten it out but might be safest to put screw some timber sections underneath if you can to pull it straight now.

plywood is not the best as European ply can delaminated far eastern is better but marine ply is best

no I was just thinking of making a small frame to go underneath - might only have to be temporary - to act as a clamp to flatten it - I dont know the size of the plywood but almost any wood would do as long as it is straight.
