After about 18 months of stagnation, I think my love of fishkeeping has been re-kindled.
Went out sunday and got a chunky fluval 404, two new lights and starters.
Fitted the 404 straight away, due to the removal of a rather stubborn and prolific wide leaf plant and the chaos it caused. (when it's broken I'm gonna use it as a waste paper basket - recycling; great ain't it?)
After a quick job with the jigsaw, got my lights installed - I'm now pumping out 78 watts of fauna and flora growth! (and thats not including the moon light tube, but I thinks that don't count?)
It's all setteling down now and I certainly have muddy waters.
Well enough of this tittle tattle I'm logging off to surf the net for a test kit and some plants.

PS I got me a 'kewl' camera and after the waters clear I'll post some pics.
