Stacked Pebbles, Good Effect?

ive had my tank setup for nearlly 2 week now, and have been looking round for rocks to have in there, i went to maidenhead aquatics the other day looking to buy ocean rock, but the price or 1 rock is £4.95
theres noway im buying a 5" rock for nearlly £5, i decided to look somewhere else, i came across a bag of pebbles, something like 30kg for £10, i thought it was a good price, but i didn't know what they would look like in a malawi tank, so i was wondering if anyone on here has pebbles stacked up in their tanks?
if so can you post a pic or 2.

I don't have pebbles in my tank, but I picked up some landscaping rocks from my local hardware store for mine. I have around 150lbs in a 75gal tank, and it cost me about $25 US. Have a look at the pinned tank list for different rock looks. http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=169788
