Hello,
I have one Spotted Climbing Perch in a 15gallon and two paradise fish in a 10gallon. The paradise fish both ended up being males so one beats up on the other, and I know its just a matter of time before the inevitable happens.
My question is do you think it would be a alright choice to put one of the paradise fish into the tank with my Spotted Climbing perch?
The biggest paradise fish is still smaller then my Spotted climbing perch, about a week ago i tried to put him in the tank with my perch and he was stalking it and looking hungry...so I returned him to the other tank again.

-I am also working on a bigger tank(for these 3 fish) so it would be helpful to know if my Perch and paradise fish would get along placed in the same environment.

Thanks :shifty:

Paradise fish grow rather agressive when older. Lets say the name doesn't reflect their personalities... you will want at least a 3'X18"X1' (length XwidethXhight) tank for them, though the larger the better realy, as the males will need space to get away from each other... They aren't a fish I know much about, so I couldn't tell you if two males will work together long-term...

I can't realy coment on if they will mix with perch, as I don't even know what pearch look like  If it is a mix that will work, seporating the two males will be better short-term, but they will need a tank up-grade within a couple of months :good:
