Spores?

Can someone pls help me?? I am getting lots of tiny 'spores' small black coloured individual plants 'multiplying' all over the bottom of my tank, I have cleaned it out, tried to purify the water etc.. and nothing has helped, can someone pls help me, my fish seem helathy otherwise they just look really unslightly, any ideas??

Are you sure they are plants and not a type of algae? I'm not really familiar with any plants that grow on their own. Plants such as java fern will develop spores on the leaves that will root and turn into another plant but I've never seen what you have described out of a plant.
 
Does it look like hair? It's probably algae. I wouldn't use treatments to remove it - what you can't get yourself, you can introduce something to eat it. Options, depending on existing stock and tank size, include a bristlenose or similar catfish, a group of otos, shrimp, or an apple snail.
