Thanks for the links, Inchworm I think im just going to shop around online for some and maybeeee ill find one that doesnt have a rediculous shipping rate.

I had to find my sponge filters online because even special ordering them was hard to do. The pet stores either charged a lot for them or made it VERY obvious that they didn't want to go through the effort of special ordering it for me. I found some really small sponge filters (I use them in my one and 2 gallon tanks as well as on all my larger breeding tanks) on a couple sites online. That pet place has them sometimes. Also I have gotten them from drs. foster and smith, their website had a large selection of sponge filters.
