I'm going to spawn Kai (see below ) but I don't have a yellow girl, I have either a pale gold girl or a white girl.

Which would you go for to get the most beautiful result? I think the result will be generally superdelta.

I would go with the pale-gold girl. Though, I think anything bred with him would be absolutely beautiful.

you can actualy use two females in 1 spawn.i know a women who bred some giants and she put one female in and they spawn then replaced the female.There was like 400 eggs!

but 'betta gang bang' is just plain funny hahahahaha. quality hehe.

a nice gold, pastel blue/green, or even an opaque female would be nice with him(my vote goes to an opaque). i would try to find a nice balanced hmpk female if i were you since he seems to be extra long in the fins. i just read about doing so, the fry will be predominately long finned with the occasional hmpk), but not quite so long that they have problems swimming from the extra length. you might also want to consider giving his fins a slight bit of a trim just before releasing the female, some breeders iv talked to say they have better luck when they do this with males that have lots of extra finnage. it helps his fins not get in he way so much, and he can "chase" the female better.

I don't recommend trimming his fins just for the sake of breeding. Too risky to me, imo. Ripped fins can always grow back.

its up to you if you re comfortable with trimming his fins or not i just recommended it because the breeders i have talked to have found that males with longer fins have a harder time spawning properly(can't chase females properly and don't fertilize eggs as well). how ever i do understand how you feel about it.

Thing is Jess, if he doesn't spawn because of his fins, then he doesn't, I would rather he have his lovely long fins
I will try the gold girl and see how they go. I have a pale gold and white halfmoon to spawn with a white girl at some point too.
