Ok so... here is a list of everything that has happened so far:

Bettas Arrived: 15th March 2006
Started Conditioning: 16th March 2006
Spawn Tank Setup: 18th March 2006


The Equipment im using:

Glass 10Gallon Tank: £15
PennPlaz Small World Filter: £4.40
Aquael 100 Watt Heater £10
Rena 100 Air Pump: £10

Methylene Blue: £3.55
Disease Clear: £3.55
Revitiliser Tonic: £3.55

radiator not a good idea behind the tank, unless its turned off in which case ignor me

That radiator is broken so it doesnt warm up at the top and also the tanks a good 15cm away from it anyway

UPDATE

conditioning is going well.. colouring up nicely. Only concern is the water in the spawn tank is going cloudy now ive added the heater dont know why but hey can't be that bad. More updates when needed

When do you plan on introducing them? Have you added plants to your spawning tank? That could be why you could have a bacterial bloom?

im going to introduce him in around 2 weeks when he and she are done conditioning... plants going in in around a week. Also has anyone ever used Methylene Blue in their spawning tanks? i've seen it around but have never dared to put it in my tanks?

I've not used methelyn blue but have used ich treatment on my fry when they had velvet!

That's ok atleast you get to see them though... many people cannot see the pictures what do people think of the parents?

What outcome do you think i will get the male is Blue/White Butterfly and the female is a Mustard Gas

I think the male is gorgeous! No idea what you would get but I bet they will be very interesting!
