I've had this 7 gallon lying around for a fair while and I can't stand seeing it empty. :p I thought of starting a female betta community or dividing it to get more males but my parents have banned me from getting more bettas. :/ I am aware that 7 gals is quite small and there are few species that could thrive in it.

I thought maybe a pair or trio of cherry barbs (max size about 2 inches). Or maybe a school of small tetras? Or... I don't know. :p What would you reccommend I stock it with? :)

How about a couple of african dwarf frogs? :)

U could go with some WCMMs in there with some plants...if you work it out right u can make it unheated and unfiltered as the plants will filter it enough with 3-4 WCMM's but make sure you do your water changes once or twice a week!

Thanks for the suggestion but they're illegal here in Australia. :(

That's a good idea... I'd probably use a filter though since I have a few laying around, but I never thought of WCMMs. And they don't need heated tanks, too. :shifty:

Thanks, I'll put that on my list. (Yes, that's how lame I am, I'm making a list:)

1 dwarf puffer would fit in there nicely

Sorry, I didn't see your post. :*)

Thanks but unfortunately I don't think we're allowed dwarf puffers here either.
