South East Asian Fish

Hello,

Can anybody suggest a shoal of small south east asian fish that can be kept in a fairly large tank with a male betta?

How big a tank? Harlequin rasboras for a bigger tank (get to around 2") - or red-striped/glowlight rasboras (same size as harlequins, sometimes a little bit bigger). Spotted rasboras for the smaller tank but make sure your fish won't eat them (they only get to 1" and you know how some bettas are...).
