Somthing Stuck In Throat

hi all for a couple of days now my krib has been trying to spit somthing thats lodged in his throat.he does part eject it as i can see it coming out when he spits,but then it gets sucked back in.i can only say it looks like some stray fibre from when i bought my potted plants.i did remove the fibre and the pots upon planting but maybe some slipped the net.his day to day activity is fine he's showing his colors to hids female.im just a bit concerned that if he doesnt get rid of it it might get worse.is there any foods that might help it on its way or something?

You will have to remove it not going to be easy on such a small fish.
Get a cloth and wet it in tank water, sterlise some tweezers.
Wrap him in the cloth maybe someone can help you.
Remove the thread from inside the mouth or through the gill flap.
Or even trying to catch him will hopefully dislodged it.

it cant have bothered him too much because he has just spawned again with his young lady,about half hour ago.
