Something White On My Platy

I just purchased three platys two nights ago at the local pet store. I just noticed that one of my females has white on her lips and somewhat on the side of the face. She does not seem to eat and is not as active as the others...
Should I worry about it? or just take her back??
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!!

She had columnaris, false name mouth fungus.
I would do some daily water changes on your tank.
