Something White On My Lionhead Fish.....

Hi everyone. I was looking at my fish and I have noticed something white between my lionhead's eye and gill. It doesn't look like ick because it is more "fluffy" and seems to float somewhat when the fish moves. I don't see it on the other two fish and didn't see it earlier on the lionhead. (I have a habit of studying them really closely because they are so fascinating to me) Should I be concerned about this right away or am I just being paranoid? Thanks!

I should add that the fish shows no sighs of illness or stress. Not breathing fast and eating like an oinker! Thanks for your time and help (and putting up with us paranoid types)

Sounds like the fish has columnaris which you can get on gills and eyes.
Need to medicate fast bacterial med.
