Well last night I did the rounds of the boys and everyone looked happy and healthy. But this morning I found butters lying completely on his side at the bottom of his tank, unmoving, breathing super duper heavy  Well I immediatly went into "I have to do everything humanly possible to save the betta" mode. I first I took out half of his water cuz he couldn't get to the top at all, after managing to get air from the surface, he seemed a little better but still super weak. so I gave him a bit of salt and some bettamax, then covered his tank with a towel to make sure he was in a dark, warm place. Its been about 11 hours now and theres still no real change in him. He has no fuzz on him, no strange marks, though he seems a bit thin, which is odd because hes usually a big 'ole piggie. I'm really worried about him, he seems to have no strength what-so-ever :-( Please help, and ideas or advice would be great! Thanks!! <33

what sized tank is he in? i would get him an air pump so more oxygen would get mixed into the water. start him on some meds. if he lying on his side it could be swimbladder problem.

Air pumps don't inject oxygen into the water. They slightly increase the surface area of the water by agitation to increase the rate of gas exchange between the water and air. I'm not sure water agitation would help this case, though, because it'll probably just stress the fish out, with few benefits.
