Something In My Tank

Have been told to come here tonight looking in my tank i saw wrapped in a leaf what looks like a maggot these are to big to be anything to do with gill worms as they are bigger than the fish heads i have added new fish and new plant this is the second time in four days i do get rid of as soon as i see them just wondered if anyone knows what these are
