About a week ago, I posted about 2 of my bettas being extremeley sick, and thought they were both going to die for sure... I'd even been thinking about where to get 2 new bettas from..
One had horrible tail rot and fungus.. didn't think it would last another day.. I put in lots of meds and did lots of water changes, and the rot and fungus have disappeared..
The other ones stomach area was getting large and turning white.. it hadn't been eating so I knew something was wrong.. I've had it happen to a few bettas before.. the whie area ended up exploding out of their bodies, and they ended up dying.. this betta hadn't really moved or eaten in 4-5 days.. yesterday it started swimming again, and it ate today... the area on its stomach is no longer white, and it's not bloated anymore.. I'm shocked.. I thought for sure they were both goners..
I guess pimafix and water changes worked. Now I don't have to buy new bettas.. hooray
