somebody please help me

I dont have a clue as to what is the matter with it she is going on 3 months old and it always has been very active and always begs me for food all day long all the water is fine the readings are 0 the ph is 7.0 none of the rest of the fish are acting like this one it is staying by the heater it wont even move for blood worms that is its favorite they arent any spots on it ore atleast anything I can see anyways. What would make a fish do this should I move it to a hospital tank now or should I wait. It is my favorite fish could someone please tell me what to do I cant stand to see it like this I havent made any changes at all I changed my water out three days ago but it didnt start doing this until last nite.

I do know that my double dark angel was the same way from the day I brought it home till about 3 weeks ago....I have had it about 2 months...I thought it was going to starve, it would hardly ever eat, and would just stay to itself....but about 3 weeks ago....he snapped out of it...now he fights for the food, and chases the other angels off.

Maybe someone else will be along soon that can help.

I dure hope so this angel looks like it is wearing blush rosie red blush at that it is so cute I feel in love with it I bought it and havent had a bit of trouble until last nite the rest of its body is grey and its fins and stuff is black it is so pretty I wasnt even going to go with angels until I saw this one it has been very active until I look at the tank last nite and I knew they were something wrong the biggest one of my angels has tail rot I dont know how it got it either so I checked the smallest one to see if mabey that was what was the matter with her and I dont see nothing at all but I know that they are something wrong. Have you ever done that before with your angels.???
