Is it good to keep Pseudotropeus saulosi and Pseudotropeus demanosi in the same tank as the males of the saulosi are very simalar to the demasoni?

I have kept saulosi and found them to not be overly-aggressive except between the males of their own species. Demasoni I have not personaly kept but know to be aggressive, both to con-specifics and other species. As such, keeping these two species together where the males look very similar and are aggressive, is best avoided. I know saulosi tend to dislike blue fish with vertical stripes. I'm sure demasoni are even worse about this. The saulosi would not only go after the male demasoni, but the females as well and the male demasoni would certainly 'bite back'.

Thanks for the help but i was only planning on getig one demanosi as with these fish its either one's or tons.

Don't put a male Saulosi in with a Demasoni as they look almost identical, the Demasoni will not tolerate it. Females are no problem.
