added some giant vale to try and hide co2 reactor and pump. and more ideas for the tank.

thinking of suspending some driftwood along the back up the top to sort of form a ledge. what you think?

OH boy. Just when I thought I've seen the best tanks, comes this. Great job! I see lot's of money invested. Acrylic tank, and is that metal halide lighting you have? Also, where in the world did you find that driftwood!?

That's going to be July TOTM 100%

the funny thing is the tank is glass.
and yes the corners are rounded and not joined.

the lighting is only fluro tubes. i have 2 power-glo and one life-glo. i would like more lighting but just cant add more. during the day i have a double fluro that i hang on the front.

theres 7 pieces of driftwood in there. many of them hollow and all proped up on an angle so some 15-20 caves.

10 dwarf amazon swords
5 full size amazon swords.
5 dwarf anubias
1 giant anubias
some really rare anubias type thing
25 pots of hair grass
8 giant val

the tank has a cork background made from cork tiles to give it the river bank type look.

it is also tiered in 4 diferent levels giving alot of different terrain for the fish.

plus heaps of fish
co2 reactor

tank has been up and running for about 2.5 months. algae is a pain

i clean the glass about 2 times a week.
Once a fortnight On the broad leaf plants the only ones to get algae i use a stainless steel sponge(very soft) to wipe the leaves which gets ridd of 70% of the algae the fish do the rest.
