I only have two small set-ups. A 65litre and a 90litre. I have bog wood and a fine gravel substrate that almost looks like sand. I love planted tanks and just struggle to help plants live beyond a couple of months. I have had some success with some varities.
I am just wanting some general advice really -
What I am wondering is do I really need a CO2 set up for such little tanks? Is there like a tablet you can just drop in or something - like those oxygen tabs you used to get for goldfish bowls? If not what is the smallest system I can get and how much will it set me back?
Otherwise any advice on plants that have low requirements but are good to look at would be appreciated

There is more to keeping plants the just co2...
you also need ferilisers and also lighting. some more specs on your tanks would be of great use, such as the wattage of your lighting.

Plants that are VEry eay to care for are amazon sword, crypt wendetti, anubiass, java fern, and java moss, aswell as cabomba, Hygro phillia polysperma and horn wort.

If i were you i`d look into the seachem flourish range its very easy to use

I'm getting some really good results from flourish and flourish excel if your going low-tech.

it's an alternative source of carbon so you don't need Co2. You won't get the results from a full Co2 kit and EI fertilisation but you'll definately see an improvement, things will stop dying and start growing which is about all I aim for at the moment!! :D
