So When Will The Little Guy Be Full Grown?

I've got myself a pintail platy that's nearing his first birthday, in May. He's still only an inch to the tippy-tip of his pintail. He doesn't even measure up with my blue coral, who never seems to be pregnant? So what's full grown?

pintails do seam to take much longer to grow, it's just a strange genetic thing i guess but feed plenty of live foods and they will grow slowly.
